This training module is part of “School of Faculty Member” which is designed to assist and develop BINUS Faculty Member. This module will enhance the knowledge and skills in Behavioral Competency: Focus & Commitment.
This module contains information about goals & purpose finding.
At the end of this module, the participants will be able to recognize alternatives procedure and modifies the current one in order to better achieve goals, rebuild the team roles and responsibilities to better suit their capabilities, determine standard and goals that need to be achieved in the team, evaluates the effectiveness of the team’s priorities and task dateline, and assess others’ capabilities to meet performance standards.
Purpose Restoration: the Path to Purpose Driven Life Module was especially designed for BINUS Faculty Member: FM (Level 1-2), Senior FM (Level 1-2), and Associate Professor (Level 1).

Topics Cover:

•  Recognize alternatives procedure and modifies the current one in order to better achieve goals
